1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aX2In Panel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

aX2In Panel is a server monitoring and mail management platform that provides:

  • Real-time server monitoring (CPU, RAM, disk, network)
  • Mail server management (Postfix, Dovecot integration)
  • Security monitoring (fail2ban, firewall rules, CVE scanning)
  • AI-powered log analysis (Insight Engine)
  • Multi-server dashboard with alerts

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Monitor servers you do not own or have authorization to manage
  • Send spam or facilitate email abuse
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Agent Software

The aX2In Agent is software you install on your servers. By installing the Agent:

  • You grant us permission to collect system metrics from your servers
  • You acknowledge the Agent runs with necessary privileges to perform monitoring
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to install software on monitored servers
  • You can uninstall the Agent at any time to stop data collection

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Suspend service for security or legal reasons

7. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by aX2In. You retain ownership of your server data and configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to your server failures or misconfigurations

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • You should uninstall the Agent from your servers

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
